Managing Director

Sheena Hardwick

Sheena Hardwick is the founder and the very heart of STS. Since qualifying as an OT in 1993, Sheena has worked as an occupational therapist, case manager and expert witness. She also plays an active role in the direction of Sherwood Therapy Services supporting the associates in their role and provides business leadership within the organisation.

Operations Manager

John Hardwick

John serves as the operations manager for the business, responsible for various facets of the company. He leads recruitment, manages financial issues, and addresses medico-legal enquiries.

Business Support Manager

Ian Blackmore-Allen

Ian provides marketing and communications support to the business and is also responsible for ensuring processes and procedures are as effective and efficient as possible.

Therapy Coordinator

Emily Brown

Emily co-ordinates therapy within the organisation. This includes dealing with enquiries, allocating work, tracking budgets, organising CPD sessions and welcoming new therapists to the team. Emily thrives in this role due to her great communication, organisation and people skills.

Proofreader

Harriet Dodsworth

Harriet is our in house quality assurance and ensures all reports meet our exacting standards. She has incredible attention to detail and an outstanding knowledge of the English language.

Medico Legal Coordinator

Ruby Whitby

Ruby manages all of our medico-legal administration. This includes liaising with lawyers, our associates, the office team and proofreaders. It requires incredible organisation and communication skills and Ruby does it perfectly
