Medico-Legal Reports for Civil Litigation
We provide high-quality medico-legal reports and expert witness services for adults, young people and children. We provide a bespoke approach to our report writing and expert assistance throughout the case. We are aware of the critical importance of cost and timescales. We are available for direct contact with our instructing solicitors throughout each case.
2
Special Educational Needs and Disability Tribunal (SENDIST)
We are able to support families where the Statement of Special Educational Needs or Education Health and Care Plan does not reflect the occupational therapy needs of the child or young person. We provide a comprehensive assessment and report which is bespoke to the individual’s requirements in preparation for the Tribunal and will attend the Tribunal as an expert witness.
3
Family Law
We are able to support families in providing evidenced based reports for legal proceedings and family disputes.
We maintain the highest levels of professionalism and sensitivity in such situations and are respectful of all parties involved.
